Sometimes, the support of your community can genuinely change your life.
At St. John’s College, a sense of community is central to our ethos. Our primary goal is to inspire a global vision and foster a communal spirit among our residents and alumni through multicultural education, intercultural understanding, and international exchange. The Student Emergency Fund has been established to support students who experience hardship. By making a donation to this fund, you will be directly supporting students in need.
The College is a true community, defined by the commitment of every person here to support each other, professionally and socially. You never know what hurdles you may face in life, but, at St. John’s, the community will always be there to support you.
The St. John’s College Student Emergency Fund was created in honour of the commitment and friendship that are central to the St. John’s experience. There are times when financial support can make a huge difference to someone’s life and their ability to meet their educational goals at UBC. The emergency fund provides an opportunity for you to support students in need.
If you know someone at SJC who needs assistance, please ask them to contact us.
