Looking back over our 100 years, UBC nursing graduates and faculty have helped to evolve the state of health care, involving patients in the decision-making process and mobilizing professionals across the health disciplines. We have generated new solutions to ongoing health problems, and influenced change by bringing fresh scientific evidence to bear on health care and policy. As we prepare for the next century, we continue to strive for health equity, social justice and an improved quality of life for all.
To celebrate this milestone, we have established the School of Nursing Centenary Fund. By supporting this fund, you will be supporting exceptional students, inspiring events, and state-of-the-art facilities and equipment for learning and research.
With your contribution, our top-ranked school will advance nursing for another century—and more.
P.S. Are you an alumnus? The Alumni Engagement Committee is collecting one hundred stories – at least one from each of our graduating classes. Visit our Alumni pages to suggest a story, offer your own or request help with writing your narrative.
