This position is responsible for managing all administrative matters for the Associate Vice President (AVP) Alumni/Executive Director (ED), Alumni Association and the Associate Executive Director, Alumni Engagement and Alumni Association. This entails analysis, budget management, physical space management, event planning and human resource planning to ensure efficiency and efficacy of the Office of the AVP Alumni/ED Alumni Association initiatives and goals.
The Executive Coordinator fosters effective working relationships with the diverse alumni UBC teams and provides information and guidance to alumni, staff, donors, and faculties who work and communicate with either the AVP/ED or Assoc. ED. Responsible for managing the flow of the office, assigned projects and day to day activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of sensitive and often confidential administrative services for AVP Alumni/ED Alumni Association office.
